Opportunities and Offerings:
The statistics around Autistic and ADHD entrepreneurs and professionals thriving in business and workplaces are pretty grim.
I'm inviting you to join me in disrupting the status quo.
We are changing the culture for Autistic, ADHD, and NeuroDefiant entrepreneurs and professionals.
We are co-creating systems of support, resources, learning, and growth.
We are transforming the cultural narrative around who we are, what we bring to the table, and how valuable we are to every industry and sector.
We are committed to co-creating a virtual space that, is accessible, inclusive, anti-oppression, anti-racist, neurodivergent-affirming, values lived experiences, centers the voices and needs of our most targeted & historically marginalized identities (Black, Indigenous, queer, trans, nonbinary, gender expansive, disabled, women, neurodivergent, etc).
We interact from a place of growth-mindset, personal responsibility, curiosity, generous assumptions, giving more than we take, and listen-first practices.
In nurturing this space together, we are doing the work of liberation, hope, and radical loving kindness... this is how we change the world!
See you soon!
“The truth is, no one of us can be free until everybody is free.” --Maya Angelou
We are all in this together, and together is the only way we will get through to the other side of liberation.
None of this is possible without each of you and me joining together. It is with a grateFULL heart I welcome you in!
I offer this work on the unceded and stolen lands of the Tonkawa and Payaya peoples, the original stewards of this place. I am committed to making reparations and engaging in Land Back efforts.
I came into my Autistic ADHD identity quite late in life…at the age of 42 to be precise! This discovery along with being a late-bloomer queer and gender expansive person have brought me to realize the harm that is done to folx who live entire lives or decades of life without knowing the truth of who they are. The world around us imposes all kinds of beliefs onto people without our consent and this results in warped and stifling mindsets.
I have been doing the work of Liberating my Mindset over the years through my work with my therapist healing trauma, through work with mentors as I continue deconstructing white supremacy, and through work with coaches as I learn to embrace and believe in all that I have to offer the world.
Before I launched my coaching practice, I retired from a 15 year career as a licensed therapist and complex trauma specialist. I have been a witness to hundreds of clients moving from barely surviving, into healing, and continuing on to thriving.
As a coach, while I don’t address trauma and other clinical issues with clients, my training, experience, and learning has informed my practice and my methodology.
Too many of us are taught, trained, and forced to be smaller, quieter, less intense, diluted versions of ourselves in order to make others comfortable, in order to survive. Part of the work of liberation is naming those binding binaries and expanding into the fullness of ourselves with all our infinite complexities, taking up all the space we need to be unapologetically ourselves.
This is what it means to embody expansiveness!
