Welcome to Expansioneers Collective

Co-creating liberation through embodied expansiveness

About Me

My name is Jennifer Alumbaugh, she/they, and I am your host and facilitator. In this space you will find an array of opportunities to connect with community, explore your identity, become a little more yourself...and share memes of course! :)

I am a queer, Autistic, ADHD, fat, gender expansive, disabled person who experiences various advantages of existing in a white body.

I coach from a trauma-informed, lived-experience, abolitionist, anti-oppression framework helping clients identify and deconstruct the teachings of oppressive systems that create obstacles to their growth. Together, we co-create new systems of collective care, joy, and thriving!

Why You Should Join Us

This is a space to cultivate connection with one another and build new systems and cultures of collective care.

We are committed to co-creating a virtual space that, is accessible, inclusive, anti-oppression, anti-racist, values lived experiences, centers the voices and needs of our most targeted & historically marginalized identities (Black, Indigenous, queer, trans, nonbinary, gender expansive, disabled, women, neurodivergent, etc.) We interact from a place of growth-mindset, personal responsibility, curiosity, generous assumptions, giving more than we take, and listen-first practices.

There are communities for each of the peer support & processing circles offered by Expansive Expressions so clients may continue discussions, share resources, get support or feedback between live sessions, and offer & receive mutual aid with each other.

In nurturing this space together, we are doing the work of liberation, hope, and radical loving kindness... this is how we change the world!

To learn more about these circles and to become a member, please visit: https://www.expansiveexpressions.com/peer-support-process-circles/

See you soon!

A Big Thanks

“The truth is, no one of us can be free until everybody is free.” --Maya Angelou

We are all in this together, and together is the only way we will get through to the other side of liberation.

None of this is possible without each of you and me joining together.  It is with a grateFULL heart I welcome you in!

I offer this work on the unceded and stolen lands of the Tonkawa and Payaya peoples, the original stewards of this place. I am committed to making reparations and engaging in Land Back efforts.
